Pre-Planning and Day-Of Production (25 to 40 Hours): This includes time associated with pre-planning meetings (both in-person and by phone or email), the preparation and creation of playlists, unique scripts/run of show outlines, travel to your venue location, equipment setup, primary performance, and lastly, end of the night breakdown.
  2. Equipment: Maintaining and purchasing of industry-standard equipment
  3. Music: Music licensing subscriptions for performers
  4. Operational Cost: Necessary licenses and insurance coverage
